Sheri Welsh (MPS, RYT-200, RCYT-95) brings together over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications with her passion for yoga and holistic wellness. After a successful career leading brand, outreach, marketing and communications engagement initiatives across sectors including security, defense, healthcare, and government consulting, Sheri transitioned her focus to wellness education, earning certifications in Vinyasa, Children’s, Yin, and Prenatal Yoga. A longtime practitioner who began practicing in 2007, she now teaches yoga and pilates in the Reno–Tahoe area, emphasizing mindfulness, accessibility, and empowerment for all levels. Originally from Iran and raised in the Washington, DC area, Sheri combines her diverse background, love of community, and creative spirit to inspire connection, resilience, and well-being in everything she does.
