Claire Weschler is a Certified Health Education Specialist with a background in health research and communication of evidence-based information. She got her undergraduate and Masters degrees from Virginia Tech and worked for nine years for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. There, she focused on research related to primary care, the design of disease prevention and health promotion programs, and the intersection of clinical and community-based health care. She is currently a stay at home mom to two girls. Or as her husband would say "the manager". After living in Chicago for the past eight years, she and her family now live in Rye, NY. Claire understands the science of addiction and behavior change and is excited to help All For Recovery reach out to and provide information and help for people who need it. She will be providing communication, social media, and event planning support to the All For Recovery Team. Claire looks forward to helping this worthy cause work towards its mission.
